Here we go...

I am in a fun yet scary place right now. I have resigned from my role at a church and am trusting Him for what's next. What and where that is... I am not sure. But I know He wants to leverage what He's done in and through me these last many years to serve somewhere special.

What role is that? I'm open. I've already had conversations about a bunch of different roles and am not focused one special title. I've help build student ministries for para-church ministries and churches. I've worked to help train, consult, and invest in church leaders across the country with a ministry. I've served adult group leaders at a church.

My passion is people and helping them be invested in well so they can invest in others. I love helping build strong, healthy cultures where staff are enabled to leverage their best hours of the day working through their gifts and strengths. I've had a unique run. I've been the guy planning camps and executing them from behind the scene and the guy coming in to speak at a camp. I spoke at a weekly meeting every week while leading multiple small groups during the week.

My hands and heart are open, I just know that it's time for the next. The Lord has done this in my life a few times and each time where He led me to was never initially on my radar. Trusting that is true right now.
